This sounds good. But two things could happen. One; people get motivated to make good, well synergized builds that are designed for team play. Or two; breed ignorance and promote the creation of teams of warrios and monks and shun the ingenuity of more complicated builds.

In City of Heroes that doesn't happen..don't see why it would in this game. And because of the way this game is designed...there isn't any "perfect team-made build". There are far too many skills. Any character could work well in a team.
Anyway...this is needed. BADLY. It should have been in when the game first came out...I mean...if the Devs WANT to encourage teamplay then this should be in...

Difficult subject it is indeed

you may have too much trust in the populous of this game. some still hold the opinion that rangers are good for nothing. Also, how would you ensure the the full depth and mode of execution of your build be explained to the person looking at you as a result to their search. To them your build may just look like some sort of random assortment of skills.

By 'power-leveler' do you mean people who are ridiculously overleveled or people who are 'underleveled'?
Becuase if you find the underleveled person, chances are they are a good player who didn't spend a ton of time leveling up to 20 before the crystal desert.

You shouldn't have to ensure your skill assortments to anyone...there is no such thing as a bad build...just bad players. All you really need to know about a character is if they are LFG and what level...that's really all you would need to know for a People Search.
It tends to take away the enjoyment of the game when you can't even play with other people most of the time. :P
